Grace Baik
Grace was raised in the church as a pastor's daughter. She experienced and witnessed both the beauty and the pain of ministry. She dedicated six years to becoming trained and educated as trauma informed abuse advocate for women in Christian communities. Through her own personal journey of healing, Grace walks in a level of freedom that she hopes will impact others who have also experienced similar pain.

Grace holds multiple certifications and has been working with women for over 15 years. She specializes in coercive control, covert abuse, narcissistic pattern recognition, complex trauma, and nervous system repair.
Grace has a vision to see women walking in the fullness of their God-designed value and worth.
Out of this vision, The Flourishing Soul Initiative was launched in 2025.
Her highest honor is being a mom to her 4 wonderful children.
Carly May
Carly has spent over 20 years in business leadership, transitioning from store manager, regional manager, Chief Culture and People Officer, Executive Vice President and CEO.
Her true passion lies in empowering people to embrace their passions and become their best selves. She believes that healthy leaders with integrity are essential for building strong teams, and she has dedicated her life to helping others flourish in business and leadership.

Anchored by her faith in God, Carly’s values shape everything she does. Recently, she stepped out of the corporate world to fully pursue creating the life she wanted.
Carly’s favorite titles are wife and “mommy.” She is happily married to the love of her life and the proud mother of two.
Jlynn Gleason
Jlynn desires for all women that have been shattered to embrace their brokenness and value the story behind each piece.

Having experienced her own long-standing traumas and heartache, Jlynn has made significant progress in her healing journey, and has found her light again through the power of women, the power of prayer, the power of horses, and the transforming Love of JESUS!
We can’t all escape brokenness. But similar to Kintsugi— the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery and mending the pieces with gold— we can create within ourselves a beautiful story that highlights its history, rather than disguising its flaws. When we discover the art of embracing brokenness and find beauty, we heal.

Beautiful is the person who walks in complete wholeness in their body, soul, mind, and spirit. Women sparkle when they are free to live their God-given authentic true selves. May we be mended with gold as we become whole once again.
