The Flourishing Soul Initiative ("FSI") provides educational, faith-based, and peer support resources for informational and spiritual encouragement purposes only. Our programs, support groups, workshops, quizzes, and any other content or services offered by FSI do not constitute and are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, legal advice, medical care, or crisis intervention services.

By accessing or participating in any FSI program or resource, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. No professional relationship is created. Participation in FSI programs does not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, attorney-client, or any other professional relationship between you and FSI or any of its staff, volunteers, or representatives.

2. No guarantee of outcomes. FSI makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness, completeness, or suitability of its resources for any individual's circumstances. Results may vary, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

3. Assumption of risk. You participate in all FSI programs and use all FSI resources voluntarily and at your own risk. FSI, its founders, staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any emotional, psychological, physical, financial, legal, or relational outcomes arising from your participation in or reliance upon any FSI program, content, or communication.

4. Seek professional help. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911. For crisis support, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233. FSI strongly encourages all participants to seek guidance from licensed mental health professionals, legal counsel, and trusted clergy as appropriate to their situation.

5. Accuracy of information. While FSI strives to provide accurate and helpful information, we do not warrant that all content is current, complete, or error-free. FSI reserves the right to update or modify its content and programs at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FSI's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant to FSI, if any.
